Rosa The Closer Martinez is an Illinois real estate broker with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Lincoln Park. Rosa is a proud Latina and Chicago-native who enjoys helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Rosa’s passion for exploring Chicago has given her a unique perspective of the city. When she isn’t exploring locally, she’s out traveling to new places like the greater United States, Central & South America, Europe, and Canada.
Her experience as a flight attendant brought her into contact with many different cultures. This taught her how to appreciate diversity and how to tailor her customer service skills to the needs of every individual client. After being a flight attendant, Rosa worked as a certified property manager. There she handled all aspects of the property- leasing apartment turnover, capital expense project managing, budgeting, building maintenance, rent collection, and customer satisfaction.
Rosa’s background and education in real estate has earned her numerous Top Producer awards and accreditations, but most importantly, it provides her with the knowledge to take care of all her clients’ needs.
